Why don’t you list prices?
Every space is different. We quote each job on its square footage, number of rooms and condition, so the price fits your space.
What do you need for a quote?
The total square footage, the number of rooms, the current condition, any areas that need extra attention, whether there are pets, and whether you want recurring cleaning.
Do you take one-time cleans?
We mainly take on recurring clients. We also do move-in and move-out, staging and specialty floor cleans.
How do I pay?
By e-transfer, cash or cheque. Residential cleans are usually paid right after the clean. Commercial clients are invoiced every two weeks.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
What if I’m not happy with a clean?
Let us know, and we’ll offer you a discount.
Are pets okay?
Yes, pets are welcome. Just let us know when you ask for a quote.
What products do you use?
Ecolab and Safeblend professional products.
